Common Questions
What's included in the setup fee?
We configure your product catalog (manufacturers, families, product types, glass packages, frame options), set up your pricing rules, create your company profile, and onboard your team. Pilot setups are lighter; Standard includes full catalog buildout and training.
How long does setup take?
Pilot: 1–3 business days. Standard: 5–7 business days. Enterprise: scoped per engagement. Most companies are live within a week.
Can I start with Pilot and upgrade later?
Yes. The Pilot is designed to prove value before you commit. If you upgrade to Standard within 60 days, we credit your Pilot setup fee toward the Standard setup.
Are there contracts?
Pilot is month-to-month. Standard is a 6-month minimum, then month-to-month. Enterprise terms are custom. No long-term lock-ins.
What about payment processing fees?
Stripe's standard processing fees apply (2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH). These are Stripe's fees, not ours — they go directly to Stripe.
Do I need any special hardware?
No. BV Field App runs in any modern web browser — phone, tablet, or laptop. No app store downloads. No special devices.
