Common Questions
What's included in the setup fee?
We configure your product catalog (manufacturers, families, product types, glass packages, frame options), set up your pricing rules, create your company profile, and onboard your team. Every plan includes full catalog and rate sheet buildout; Growth and Enterprise add a live training session and deeper onboarding.
How long does setup take?
Within 24 hours of signing and sending us your catalog, rate sheet, logo, and rep list, your reps have working sign-in links and can run a real appointment. Enterprise rollouts are scheduled per region.
Can I start on Standard and move up later?
Yes. Plans are priced per rep, so you start with the reps you have. When your team crosses 10 reps you move to Growth, and the lower per-rep rate applies going forward.
Are there contracts?
Standard is a 6-month minimum, then month to month. Growth and Enterprise are a 12-month minimum, then month to month. No auto-renewing multi-year contracts.
What about payment processing fees?
Stripe's standard processing fees apply (2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH). These are Stripe's fees, not ours — they go directly to Stripe.
Do I need any special hardware?
No. BVField App runs in any modern web browser — phone, tablet, or laptop. No app store downloads. No special devices.
