BV Field App Referral Program Terms
Payout: You earn $100 for each company you refer that signs a contract with BV Field App. Payout is issued after we receive payment from the referred company.
Eligibility: The referred company must be a new BV Field App customer. Self-referrals do not qualify. The referral must result in a signed contract within 90 days of the initial introduction.
FTC Disclosure: Per Federal Trade Commission guidelines, you must disclose your referral relationship when recommending BV Field App to others. This means letting the person know that you receive compensation if they sign up.
Tax Reporting: If your total referral earnings reach $600 or more in a calendar year, Olive on Main Design Studio, LLC is required by the IRS to issue you a 1099-NEC form. Your mailing address is collected for this purpose.
Changes: Olive on Main Design Studio, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Active referrals at the time of any change will be honored under the terms in effect when the referral was made.
