Scope of Service

Beyond Vision provides an end-to-end field sales operating system scoped to the sales appointment. The platform handles appointment capture, quote generation, branded PDF output, email delivery, and deposit collection. Client branding appears on all customer-facing output including quotes, emails, and payment links.

Setup & Onboarding

The one-time setup fee covers platform configuration, product catalog build from your manufacturer data, quote and email template branding, CRM integration, rep account provisioning, a live training session, and launch support during your first week.

Monthly Subscription

Per-rep monthly fees are billed on the 1st of each month. Seat count adjustments (additions or reductions) take effect on the next billing cycle with 15 days' written notice.

Commitment Term

Standard plan: 6-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month. Growth and Enterprise plans: 12-month minimum commitment. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice after the minimum term.

Data & Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Infrastructure runs on Railway (hosting), AWS S3 (file storage), Cloudflare (DNS, SSL, DDoS protection, WAF), Stripe (PCI-compliant payment processing), and SendGrid (email delivery). Your data belongs to you — full export available upon request at any time.

Intellectual Property

Beyond Vision is proprietary software owned by Olive on Main Design Studio, LLC. Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during the active subscription period. Client retains ownership of all customer data, photos, and business records entered into the system.
